Abstract

The frame section has a C or U-shaped anchor groove into which is pushed the foot of a synthetic material fastener and at least one fillet for holding a pane of glass. The fillet has on the side facing the frame section a support rib extending parallel to the rib on the edge of the anchor groove. an angular anchor fillet or moulding extends from the free edge of the support rib and engages behind the edging rib. The fasteners have a base carried by the anchor foot which has near the opening of the anchor groove at least one spring-action tongue pressing against the anchor rib or moulding of the glazing fillet.
