Abstract

A facsimile transmission system using a two-wire telephone line, permits the transmitter to be stopped by telecontrol. The transmitter and receivers are connected by a line. The receiver has a receiving-emitting inversion circuit and an oscillator for producing a transmitter stop signal. The transmitter has a control circuit to reduce the facsimile signal generated by a circuit. A detecting circuit controls a stop circuit when the transmitter stop signal is sent. The receiver also has an anomaly detection circuit which sends a signal to the oscillator and the inversion circuit.
