Abstract

The equipment discharges the crushed material from a rotary drum crusher, being formed by a grille over the crusher chamber outlet end and a solid partition with a central opening and clear of the grille. This forms a chamber with lifting devices delivering material passed through the grille through the opening. The chamber formed between grille (5) and partition (6) is divided into peripheral and central sections by a circular wall (8) coaxial to the crushing chamber. The lifting device are accommodated in the peripheral section and designed so as to discharge at a rate roughly equal to the minimum crusher output. An annular baffle (12) is placed in the central section and coaxial to it.
