Abstract

Writing nib for a fountain pen is made as a one piece form or press section from flexible bendable plastic foam and produced from cells connected to each other. The nib has a front section (12) of set length in the form of a triangular prism with this section including a writing nib (14) which extends at a set angle from a pointed edge of the triangular prism, obliquely backwards to a base surface of the triangular prism. The writing nib has a main section (11) from which the front section emanates (12) having a slightly curved lower side which runs into the pointed edge or the base surface of the triangular prism.
