Abstract

The panels (1) and (2) are pre-drilled along the edges with a number of equidistant and equally sized holes. The holes extend all the way round each panel, and are of the correct size and depth to take dowels. Square-sectioned connecting pieces with matching holes are provided, so that two panels may be butt-jointed. The panels may alternatively be butt jointed without the connecting piece. A panel may be joined at right angles to the other two by dowelling through the holes on the third face of the connecting piece. A cube is provided as an extension to the connectors at the corners.
