Abstract

A solar heat absorbing or removing evaporator is used and it has an exchanger device within which a liquid coolant medium circulates. IT is constructed in such a way that the exchanger device (2) is mounted within pref. an air tight receiver cabinet or chamber (3). The top surface of this air tight receiver chamber is formed from one or more transparent or translucent plates (4). The housing containing the complete unit is located in an outside portion where it may receive the maximum possible solar heat in order to operate at its most efficient level.
