Abstract

Sound programme distribution is by a FM TV cable network. The radio broadcasting stations are received at the receiver (1) and the local programmes are provided at the generator (2). They are routed to an oscillator (3) which frequency modulates them. The oscillator (3) and a driven oscillator (4) are connected to mixer (5). The resulting signals are, after amplification (6) sent to the FM TV distribution central station (7), which injects them into the distribution network (8). In the case where receiver density is high it is possible to inject via an oscillator (9) a decodeer pilot frequency. An alert coder, selective or non selective can also be added to the system.
