Abstract

The fixed portion of the stand comprises two lengths of square or rectangular section tube (1, 2e welded parallel to each other each side of a flat plate (3). A support column (4) is fitted underneath this plate. Two smaller section tubes (5) slide inside the larger tubes and are secured by locking screws (7). A flat plate (6) provided with a vertical side flange (8) is welded to the outer ends of each pair of tubes (6). The cabinet feet rest on the flat plates (6) which are adjusted to hold apparatus firmly between the side plates which extend up the sides of the apparatus.
