Abstract
It comprises a receiving end carrier generator, with a control input for an error signal for the carrier phase control; a phase shifter whose input is connected to the carrier generator output, which shifts the carrier phase by 90 deg.; two demodulators, to which the received single side band signal is applied and separately the carrier and the shifted by 90 deg. carrier.; they deliver demodulated signals applied to two low-pass filters, which in turn deliver demodulated signals with limited bandwidth a decision stage delivers, depending on the first limited in bandwidth demodulated signal, the recovered scanning values of the data signal, and of the Hilbert transformed signal.
