Abstract

The male and female elements of fixing are either on the shell or on the cuff, those on the cuff being at the top and the bottom. The cuff is joined to the shell by bending it until the elements of fixing are placed in the corresponding elements of the shell. As shown the shell (1) of the ski boot has two female fixing elements (2, 3) and the cuff (4) has two male elements (5, 6) in the form of tongues which are inserted in the female elements by bending the cuff (4').
