Abstract

The anchor consists of a round steel shaft (1) at the end of which are two trapezoidal plates (2) whose non-parallel edges are bent back to form reinforcing ribs. The extension of these ribs towards the narrowest part of the plates allows them to be hinged (3) on a small axis. One of the ribs on the same side of each plate is warped on its upper section so that when folded, the plates remain slightly apart, thus any attempt to withdraw the shaft results in the plates being forced to open. The cover is fitted onto the shaft and a steel plate with a central hole and slits radiating from it is put in place. The sliding on of the plate warps its central section so that it is firmly fixed onto the shaft and the cover is totally immobilized.
