Abstract
In the interrupter housing is a thermally responsive element which bends under excessive current to enable the moving contact set to shift into a rest position. In the housing are mounted three levers, one of which is spring-loaded in dependence of the position of the manual actuator. The third lever carries the moving contact set and its end shape permits engagement of a holding edge. The other lever end is hinged to the second lever end, whose second end is effectively hinged to the other end of the first lever. The holding edge position depends on the thermally responsive element to bring the moving cantact set into its operating position. In cooperation with the lever system the moving contact set slides into its rest position.
