Abstract

Each channel section (2) is suspended in a horizontal position at least two points from a conveyor or transporter mechanism. The section is then brought into the treatment area and finally placed on transverse supports in the storage area for drying. The sections can be supported by hooks from conveyor chains (6) and hooked into engagement with each other so that several can be carried on a single support assembly, the conveyor chains transporting them through the treatment area. The chains are supported by rails (7) on posts (8) equally spaced within the treatment area.
