Abstract

A frame is mounted to castors (14) for mobility and has arms (17) spaced around a central column (3) rotating about an inner tube (2). The top (10) has a spiral spring and the bottom a plate (5) with holes receiving a pin (6) on a spring loaded lever (15). In use, the frame is turned to tension the spiral spring and empty sacks are fitted. As the first is filled, its weight bears down on a movable base plate (12). The depresses a stop (13), overcoming the lever spring pressure and disengaging the pin. The frame rotates one station and the pin re-engages for restart of the cycle.
