Abstract

The system allows a series of hydraulic or pneumatic control valves to be assembled together into a block. Each valve body (2) has ports on opposite sides for fluid entry and discharge, with union surfaces and/or connectors (13, 14, 18) working in conjunction with them. Recesses preferably semicircular in section run vertically in these surfaces. Clamps or clips (13, 14) can be inserted in slots (11) which end at the body top surface, and the mating surfaces of adjacent bodies can hinge on pins holding them together. The coupling surfaces can have dovetail tongues and grooves.
