Abstract

The tuning circuit is fully electronic and automatic, is proof against interference and is sensitive to even very weak stations close to strong one. The tuning function remains unaffected by impulses arising from the frequency modulation on the flanks of the intermediate frequency circuits. The oscillating circuit are tuned to the intermediate frequencies of the intermediate frequencies of the amplitude modulated and/or frequency modulated oscillation. Each oscillating circuit has a discriminator and a capacity diode switched in paralle which periodically changes its capacitance value via a pulsed switching stage. A rectifier stage follows the discriminators and has a limited filter connected to it, which in turn has a scanning discriminator coupled to it.
