Abstract

Multiple tiered chests of drawers for pharmaceutical storage, feature, drawer heads which slide longitudinally and lock onto the drawer chassis and are of variable modular height, and pref. chest chassis mounted rollers for drawer guidage. The drawer chassis fronts embody a 90 deg. rotated thick stalked (3g) projecting 'T', the flange (3e) of which locates in a widely slotted box section (4e etc.) on the drawer head (4) rear face for sliding connection. The frontal extension of this latter element constitutes a similar but wider section and serves as the drawer handle (4c). Locking of drawer heads onto chassis is effected via hemi-spherical projections (4g) on the rear face of the former engaging frontal mating cavities (3h) on the latter. These connections locate beneath sliding connections.
