Abstract

The circuit is particularly applicable to equipment used for determination of the characteristics of various media, the two outputs being some function of information carrying input signals. The two outputs generated are intended to avoid the phenomena of pulling of one output by the other. Typically two input signals are fed to an oscillator (14) and sine/cosine generator (11) and to a complementary voltage generator and an oscillator. The resulting pairs of signals are passed to a synthesiser (13) producing products of separate signals from the pairs of signals and summing pairs of the products in set combinations to form two output signals, these signals being the sum and difference of the products.
