Abstract

The building has a number of equal length sides (12) extending vertically between roof and floor. Subsidiary cells (2) are formd by uniting twi hollow truncated pyramidal elements (3, 4) of which each wall has a semi-hexagonal flanged aperture: these latter fixing onto flanged hexagonal apertures in the main unit walls (12) or housing window or door panels. The building is hexagonal in plan with floor and roof components which have a triangular form and which are joined at their apexes (i.e. the building centre), with the roof being pitched and horizontally tied. Components are mainly flange connected and the building is intended for commercial usage.
