Abstract

Carrier bars (7) for accessories act as spreaders and are hooked into the slots (6) in the columns (3) at selected heights. A one piece hanger fits in each bar end and comprises an upper section (16) with a recess (18) beneath hooking into a slot and a shorter section (17) below bearing against the tube face between slots. Both parts are joined vertically (13) and a plate (9) has two side cheeks (11, 12) bent parallel to each other, which slide inside the end of a carrier bar (7). A rivet (15) passing through a hole in the bar and an elongated slot in a side cheek forms a loose assembly to take up misalignment.
