Abstract

The scraper is in the form of an inverted T, with the horizontal flanges of the T being fixed onto the ski, preferably between the curved end and the boot fixing. The vertical web of the T forms the scraper and the top edge of it is toothed (2). The scraper can either be bonded on to the ski or fixed using screws through holes at each corner (3). The scraper may be formed from plastic or an iron alloy or a mixture of the two. The scraper allows a skier to clean snow from his boots without performing difficult bending movements.
