Abstract

The fitting has a rail, with a housing for the bearing for a toothed wheel. The toothed wheel engages with a drive rod, which is displaceably held on the rail. The housing has facing clamps, engaging around the rail near edge cut outs, to form a fastening connection. The clamp flanks engage on a wide side of the rail and are extended past the clamp edges, which engage into the cut outs of the rail. These extensions engage in a supporting fashion over the ends of the cut outs. Preferably the clamp flange and the outer section of the jaws have a smaller longitudinal dimension than the guide housing of a connecting rod.
