Abstract

The roof consists of a support structure together with the roof covering. The support structure can be made to any size in multiples of ten centimetres. The rigidity of the support structure and roof covering combined is such that they may be prefabricated in a factory either as complete units or as a frame with the covering being put in place on site. The prefabricated units take the form of panels. The roof may also be constructed by traditional methods on site. The roof units may be used for all types of buildings and roofs. The support structure is formed from perpendicular frame members.
