Abstract

The three movable elements have all either blind bores or flat faces which form transverse surfaces, so that the cross-sectional area of each of the pressure chambers covers the entire area limited by the outer edge of the chamber. Two of the elements are external force application elements and the third is an intermediate element, the latter having a transverse base which separates the two pressure chambers. The two external elements are fitted so as to slide in a cylinder whilst the intermediate element slides in a bore in one of the external elements.
