Abstract

The valve consists of a cylinder with two inlets at its side opposite one another. A control plunger is mounted inside the cylinder. Two sealing rings are mounted on the plunger which surround and seal the inlet openings. When the plunger is rotated by a knob, cut-outs will be brought in line with the inlet openings. The ratio of the two amounts of inlet vary with amount of rotation. The amount of liquid passing through the valve is controlled by pulling the knob out axially whereby a certain part of the inlet gets covered up.
