Abstract
The tubular side frames (1, 2, 3; 1', 2', 3') are triangular with rounded corners and with a plate welded at the top for locating the roll spindle. Gussets (7, 8; 7', 8') in each of the lower corners carry wheels for mobility, or a lug for wall mounting. Two spacer bars (5, 6) join the sides together. The roll (10) fits onto its spindle (9), using centring cones, and is held in the location plates (4). A blade for tearing off is fitted and is adjustable for roll diameter. The blade is supported on a pair of arms which slide in sleeves attached to one arm of each triangular side frame.
