Abstract

Two amplifiers control the setting limits of disciminator and the negative or positive output voltages of the amplifiers are coupled by diodes when the speed regulator should operate without constraints. The torque converter is connected to a d.c. or an asynchronous machine to drive the electric machine and servos control the operation of the driving and driven units. An additional control parameter is derived from the minimum speed setter whose output is fed together with the signal from torque controller to the discriminator. The sense of control action of the latter is determined by the diodes of the amplifier terminals.
