Abstract

The shaft (4) is articulated with the arm (3), and connected by bracket (5) which has two flanges (7a) (7b), joined by web (7c). In the area of joining with shaft (4) the flanges (7a) (7b) are parallel along their surfaces and their edges are bent parallel to web (7c). This forms a sleeve, inside which is a fixing plate with two holed parts (9) (10). Part (11) is almost rectangular and has a bent piece (12), with a hole (13) housing spring (14), also fixed to the shaft. In the interior of (8) is a piece of low coefficient of friction plastic material (16). The resulting assembly is easily put together and dismantled.
