Abstract
The method ensures that the control of speed to by voltage control, whilst cancelling the influence of real resistance (1) in these systems without using a feedback loop. To cancel the effect of real resistance (1) a negative resistance (7) is placed in series with the real resistance. To obtain the effect of negative resistance (7) a voltage (U2) proportional to the output current of an amplifier is introduced in phase at the amplifier input. The voltage is independent of frequency and the resonance of the capacitor (3) and coil (4) effectively reduces the voltage (U4) to zero. The method may be used for low inertial systems such as vibration motors.
