Abstract

Flexible tube, whose contents can be expelled by permanent deformation, is produced by (a) placing a skirt of a metal-thermoplastic laminate, e.g. aluminium/polyethylene, in a mould, (b) folding the end of the skirt towards the interior over an angle of 180-360 degrees C., and (c) injection moulding a head of thermoplastic material onto the end of the skirt.
