Abstract

Title esters (I) are produced by esterifying the corresp. acid or a functional deriv. with a (thio)phenol in equimolar proportions (I) having the formula: (whre X is O or S; R1, R4-7 independently are H, halogen (Cl), (cyclo)-alkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or aralkyl with 1-20C joined to the benzene ring directly or via an O or S atom or SO2 gp. the aliphatic chain of the (cycloalkyl) alkyl gp. can include 1, 2 or 3 O and/or S atoms, or phenyl, opt with 1 or 2 1-6C alkyl substits the sum of the C atoms in R1, R2 R3, R4 and R5 is not >20; R2 is the same as R1, R4, or R5 and the phenyl gp. can also be bound to the benzene ring via O, R3 is the same as R2 and the (cycloalkyl)alkyl, cyclo- or ar-alkyl or phenyl gp. can also be bound to the benzene ring via the CO gp).
