Abstract

Method comprises continuously supplying the fat or grease to the interior of a cylindrical drum rotating at high speed, using a feed rate sufficient to cause it to flow in a thin layer over the inner face of the drum, with simultaneous evolution of contained air, and collecting the thin layer again at some distance from the feed position in a stationary channel leading to the outside of the drum.
