Abstract
Thermosetting moulding powder for compression or injection moulding comprising (a) a copolymer of av. mol wt 1500-16000 and softening point >25 degrees C contg 15-40 wt.% glycidyl methacrylate 0-30 wt.% (meth)acrylonitrile and the remainder methyl methacrylate (part of the copolymer being opt. replaced by a diepoxide) and (b) a polyanhydride of formula CO(CHX)nCOOCO(CHX)nCOO n in which X is H, CH3, C2H5 or halogen) e.g. polyadipic or polysebasic anhydride) n is 4-10, such that compsn contains 0.5-1.5 anhydride gp per epoxy gp.
