Abstract

Support for a deodorising aerosol container at the top of the door of a room to be deodorised, is described in the parent patent; it is made from metallic plates fastened together by indentations. In the new device better operation is assured by constructing the different parts in an easily moulded plastic material. In this way all the parts can be assembled without an adhesive or other fixing means; a better appearance is obtd. and the cost is notably reduced. The plastic support forms a box which surrounds the mechanism and the upper part of the container; the latter is supported by the forced insertion of its peripheral rim into an internal groove of the support. This is pierced for the introduction of a plastic tube fixed in the jet of the press-button. The walls of the box which bear against the door are fixed to the latter by a bent steel wire hook. A plastic slider, with a wheel, comes into contact with a finger placed above the push-botton and causes it to operate the spray when the door is opened.
