Abstract
An electrode for electrolytic capacitors comprises a porous sintered body of a powder alloy of Nb, Zr and Ti having a single-beta phase crystal structure, the electrode having a surface alloy oxide film. The alloy provides a good substitute for conventional Ta electrodes.
