Abstract

Bodies having high dielectric constant and a relatively low firing temp. (1200 degrees C), are produced from a slip comprising an inorganic powder consisting of (A) 85-99 wt.% BaTiO3, (B) 0.5-10 wt.% of a bismuthate glass frit and (C) 0.5-5 wt.% of Fe2O3; and an organic binder dispersion (pref. in water) contg. 1-15 wt.% (w.r.t. the inorganic powder) of an internally plasticised, thermosetting resin, and =1 wt.% (w.r.t. the inorganic powder) of a wetting agent.
