Abstract

Coating for glass windows comprising at least one layer of a synthetic polymer which is applied by an adhesive to the glass surface. The coating contains one or more materials which absorb harmful radiation ie. UV and IR. Glass so coated may be used in windows of cars, houses, buildings and esp. shops. The coating prevents deterioration of colours and materials without itself becoming coloured or deteriorating. Condensation resistant materials may be added.
