Abstract

Protease with an activity range of pH 0.0-9.8 with a max. at 7.9, is obtained by culture of Aspergillus ochraceus No. 1079 (IMET PA 126) at 20-30 degrees C, preferably 25 degrees C in a submerged two-stage process with glucose and lactose as C source and soya meal as N source.
