Anti-tumour agents of low toxicity. (b) (I R= aminocyclohexyl) (I, R= sulphomethylamino-cyclohexyl) In any reaction, free amino groups are protected and the protecting agent subsequently removed. (II) is the aglycone of daunorubicin (rubidomycin) and prepd. therefrom by acid hydrolysis.
