Abstract

Two levers pivot in a vertical plane and are mounted on a slide whose free ends carry tools one above the other to remove burrs from the 2 strip sides simultaneously and coupled to a mechanism to force them together to eliminate burrs and to retract them afterwards. The levers are coupled together to pivot in common in the vertical plane; on each lever, on the 2 sides of the tool, are mounted support rollers whose line of contact with the strip is aligned on the cutter of the tool.
