Abstract

One- piece die body has an inner cylindrical recess whose upper part is of large diameter, central part is of intermediate diameter and lower part of small diameter. The lower part has an axial opening on its lower wall. A flat shoulder extends radially upward and is formed by the body inner wall; it connects the upper part and the medium part of the recess, and has an inner annular recess. An annular limit ring is lodged in the latter recess. a cylindrical mandrel is lodged in the body recess and has the same shape as it, but a diameter slightly smaller, so that a series of separate interconnected annular spaces are formed. A common means raises and lowers the ring relative to the facing surface of the mandrel.
