Abstract
Levers for ring rail displacement, balanced by at least one spring, are fixed to a pivoting arm, which is hollow and contains a normally stationary shaft which carriers a spring and is mounted so that it can turn to adjust the spring force which balances the rail. One end of the spring is fixed to the shaft, and the other to the hollow arm.
