Abstract
The process involves capturing and separating the high energy electronic flux, the low energy electronic flux and the ionic flux which are different and formed by the impact of the electron beam. The electrical currents produced by these fluxes are measured, and the high energy electronic current measurements used to focus the beam at the minimal value of the high energy electrical current. The measurements of the other currents is used for the remaining control operations.
