Abstract

Incorporated in the silver halide is a thione of formula: (where R is alkyl or aryl), pref. 1-butylhexahydro-4,6-diimino-s-triazine-2-thilone, or hexahydro-4,6-diimino-1-phenyl-s-triazine-2-thilone, using 0.001-5 g (pref. 0.01 - 2g) per mole silver halide. The compositions are useful for colour photography, radiography and i.r. photography.
