Abstract

Amine (I) is reacted with formaldehyde and olefin (II) in presence of a strong acid at 0-70 degrees C, opt. in presence of a solvent, and the salt obtained is converted to the free base (III) in known way. R6,R8 = H or 1-10C alkyl, R7 = Ph, CH2=CH or Me, Et provided R6 = H.
