Abstract

Thermostatic valve has a closure disc attached to the inner end of a closed cylinder which houses a thermal element including a rod extending through the disc. An arrester element protects the disc on excessive compression thereof. Heat is formed between two branch openings in which the cylinder is mounted and into which the rod extends respectively.
