Abstract

Keksinnön kohteena on imutelan/telojen alipainetason ohjausmenetelmä paperikoneessa/kartonkikoneessa, jossa raina (W) johdetaan märkäviiralta (Ho) pick-up-telan (11) kautta puristinosalle (100). Menetelmässä rainaa (W) kuljetetaan puristinosan puristintelojen välisten nippien (N1, N2) kautta eteenpäin ja edelleen kuivatusosalle (200). Laitejärjestelyssä käytetään nostettavaa ja laskettavaa pick-up-telaa (11), joka on imutela, jonka telavaippa on rei'itetty ja joka käsittää sisäpuolisen imulaatikon (40), jonka avulla muodostetaan imuvyöhyke (D1), jolloin liikuttamalla pick-up-tela (11) kiinni märkäviiralla (Ho) pulpperiin siirrettyyn rainaan (W) siirretään raina (W) pick-up-telan (11) aikaansaaman alipainekiinnityksen avulla kuivatusosalle (100) kuivatushuovan (H1) yhteyteen. In the method, the web (W) is transported forward via the nips (N1, N2) between the press rolls of the press section and further to the drying section (200). The device arrangement uses a liftable and lowerable pick-up roll (11), which is a suction roll whose roll jacket is perforated and which comprises an internal suction box (40), by means of which a suction zone (D1) is formed, whereby by moving the pick-up roll (11) close to the web (W) transferred to the pulper via the wet wire (Ho), the web (W) is transferred to the drying section (100) in connection with the drying felt (H1). The method controls the vacuum created in the suction zone (D1) of the pick-up roll (11) by adjusting the rotation speed of a variable-speed vacuum pump (10a1) that creates the vacuum. In the method, the rotation speed of the vacuum pump (10a1) is increased at the stage when the pick-up roll (11) is moved to the web (W) on the wet wire (Ho) in order to transfer it to the press section.
