Abstract

A control circuit for control of a semiconductor component 2, wherein the semiconductor component comprises an emitter E, a collector C and a grid G, while the control circuit comprises a grid control unit GD, whose output is connected to the grid G on the semiconductor component being controlled. The control circuit further comprises a resistance circuit 1, which is hooked up between the emitter E of the semiconductor component 2 and the null potential Com of the grid control unit GD, wherein it comprises a series connection and a counterparallel connection of two diodes V1, V2 and resistors R1, R2, and a feedback capacitor C1, which is hooked up between the collector C of the semiconductor component 2 and the end connected to the null potential Com of the grid control unit of the resistance circuit 1. <IMAGE>
