Abstract

Keksintö koskee yhtenä kappaleena muodostettua kovaa kuminäppäinmallia ja sen prosessointimenetelmää, mainitun näppäimen soveltuessa yhden kappaleen muodossa olevaan silikonikuminäppäimeen, sisältäen seuraavat vaiheet:&sr;(1) täytetään muotti valikoimalla hartseja, kuten epoksihartsi, diallyyliftalaatti-akrylaattikopolymeeri ja polykaprolaktonihartsi kuumavulkanointi-kovetusmuotoilua varten; ja&sr;(2) laitetaan nestemäistä silikonikumia tai kiinteää silikonikumia yllämainitun kovetetun hartsimuotin kanssa kuumentumaan ja yhdistymään.
