Abstract

The subject of the invention is a window incorporating a frame 1 and one or more window casements 2a, 2b, 2c which are fixed to the frame and to which the window glasses 3 are fixed, and the opposite sides of whose frame and window casement are obliquely positioned in relation to the plane of the window. In a window according to the invention, the sides 4a, 4b, 4c of the cross section of the window casement 2 form a symmetrically lying square or rhombus in relation to the surface of the window glass and to the total glass, the window casement containing four substantially similar sides, which can be placed in an alternative position on the frame or another window casement. In relation to the range of window types currently in use, the window is functionally and technically advantageous and offers advantages in terms of its applications. <IMAGE>
